Class Specialization Training
Shooting
This session focuses on perfecting your shot. We’ll cover key areas like form shooting, proper footwork, and maintaining balance. You’ll practice a variety of shots, including catch-and-shoot and off-the-dribble, at all distances from close range out to the three-point line.
Dribbling and Ball Handling
This session is all about dribbling and ball handling. We will teach you how to master the ball with both hands and use your body to shield it from defenders. The goal is to get you comfortable handling the ball under intense pressure, so you can stop looking down and start seeing the entire court, including your teammates and opponents.
